Description
Ethically hand-crafted from sustainably sourced, premium alpaca wool blend fibers.
This throw is handwoven in the highlands of Otavalo, Ecuador by a single family of four traditional weavers. Every piece carries their story—the way they map the mineral-toned yarns, the rhythm of their loom, the devotion in their hands. After weaving, the textile is gently brushed by hand using dried teasel plant pods—a centuries-old technique that opens up the fibers and creates an incredibly silky texture. Pressed with wooden blocks and finished with hand-sewn edges, it's a deeply grounded connection to the heritage behind it.
Made from sustainably sourced alpaca wool blend. Lightweight yet remarkably insulating. The palette of soft lavender, deep amethyst, and warm cream creates a delicate, fluid pattern. At 92" x 65", it drapes beautifully over a chair, bench, or bed.
