This mat disappears beneath your practice. It's light enough to carry anywhere, but grounded enough to hold you through anything. The fine-grain cork surface is soft underfoot and naturally responsive. The better you sweat, the better it grips—the opposite of other mats. The plant-based foam bottom provides stability and energy return. At 6mm thick and 2.8 lbs, it offers generous joint support without losing your connection to the floor.
It lays flat immediately and stays flat throughout your practice. It never slides or bunches. For heated or sweaty practice, the cork's grip actually deepens with moisture. Lightly mist your hands and feet before practice to increase traction even more.
