A light, easy mat that grips better the more you move. The natural cork surface becomes steadier as you warm up, so you stay grounded through flowing sequences and longer holds.
At just 2.5 pounds, it rolls up easily for the walk to class, and its 5mm cushion works just as well for meditation or stretching as for a full practice. A gentle natural cork scent is normal at first and fades after a few days.
