Hand-woven and hand-painted in Harare, Zimbabwe, employing and training local artisans through Zimbabwe's traditional Sadza batik craft.

This pillow cover brings a clean, quiet geometry to a sofa or reading chair. The fabric is hand-woven into a bark weave pattern from 100% cotton, then decorated using Sadza batik — a resist-painting process where a paste made from maize is painted onto the fabric by hand, dried in the sun, and scraped away after baking to reveal a beautiful crackled pattern beneath.

The white crossing lines design is minimal and refined — a piece that adds subtle handmade texture and depth without drawing attention away from the rest of a room.
