This lumbar pillow cover brings a quiet, grounded presence to a sofa, reading chair, or bed. The fabric is hand-woven into a bark weave pattern from 100% cotton, then decorated using Sadza batik — a resist-painting process where a paste made from maize is painted onto the fabric by hand, dried in the sun, and scraped away after baking to reveal a beautiful crackled pattern beneath.

The dark gray mudcloth design is minimal and considered — a piece that adds depth and global craft heritage without drawing attention away from the rest of a room.
