Oval Mug

Description

Larger than a standard mug — deliberately so. The oval shape sits differently in the hand than a round cup, feeling more organic, more considered. At 4.33" across and 4.53" high, it holds a generous pour and invites you to slow down enough to finish it.

Hand-thrown in a small atelier outside Marrakech by a Maâlem — a master craftsman carrying generations of ceramic knowledge. The clay is a blend of black and white sourced from Spain, chosen for its strength and natural beauty. The Earth glaze is transparent and warm, stepping back to let the taupe-brown of the clay speak for itself. No two pieces are identical.
