Hand-woven and hand-painted in Harare, Zimbabwe, employing and training local artisans through Zimbabwe's traditional Sadza batik craft. 

This pillow cover brings a warm, earthy geometry to a sofa or reading chair. The fabric is hand-woven into a bark weave pattern from 100% cotton, then decorated using Sadza batik — a resist-painting process where a paste made from maize is painted onto the fabric by hand, dried in the sun, and scraped away after baking to reveal a beautiful, organic pattern beneath.

The black palette gives it a quiet, grounded presence — a piece that adds texture and global character without demanding attention. 

Details Hand-woven bark weave cotton with hand-applied Sadza batik resist-printing. Savanna beige geometric circles design. Measures 18" x 18". Envelope closure at the back.
