Description
Each planter is handmade from recycled wine bottles sourced in Philadelphia, PA.
A propagation planter made from recycled wine bottles sourced in Philadelphia. The glass is clear so you can watch roots grow beneath the soil. It comes with a wicking cord that sits in a water reservoir below, drawing moisture up as the soil dries—which means you can leave it for days without checking on it.
Seven and a half inches tall for the regular size (three inches diameter) or XL (four inches diameter). The cord system works by capillary action. Fill the lower chamber with water, place the soil on top, thread the cord through. The cord pulls water up as it's needed. Good for starting cuttings or keeping small plants steady while they establish.
Because each planter is handmade from recycled bottles, there are variations in the glass—marks and embossing from the original bottle show through. Each planter is made to order and could take up to two weeks to craft and ship.
Details Recycled wine bottle with wicking cord. Regular: 7.5" H × 3" diameter. XL: 7.5" H × 4" diameter. Handmade in Philadelphia. Please note: each planter is made to order and could take up to two weeks to craft and ship.
Care Hand wash gently. The glass is durable but the wicking system is delicate—don't force the cord. Fill the water chamber slowly.
