This mat is 100% cork on top and 100% natural rubber underneath. Cork is naturally antimicrobial and warm to the touch. Unlike other surfaces, cork actually grips better when wet—the moisture deepens the grip. The rubber backing keeps the mat exactly where you place it, even on smooth floors.

It's reversible—cork side for practice, rubber side for extra floor contact on polished floors. Joint-supportive and built to last. The hand-painted and laser-engraved design is unique and beautiful. At 73" x 26", you have plenty of room to move. Biodegradable. Free from phthalates, heavy metals, silicones, toxic glue, PVC, and chlorine.

Care Wipe clean with water or a 4:1 water to vinegar solution. Essential oils may be used sparingly on the cork. Avoid abrasive or bleaching agents. Don't leave in direct sun when wet. Roll face-out for storage.
