This mat is 100% natural tree rubber with a Bandha Grip top layer—a soft, supple surface that creates a locked grip the more you press into it. Firm and dense underneath, responsive on top. It lays flat without bunching and stays exactly where you place it.

The more you practice, the deeper the grip becomes. It's reversible—grip side for practice, rubber side for extra floor contact on smooth surfaces. Joint-supportive and built to last. A laser-engraved design adds beauty without compromising function.

Care Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with water. For periodic cleaning, use a 4:1 water to vinegar solution on a dampened cloth. For deeper cleaning, use 2 drops of unscented castile soap per cup of water on a dampened cloth, wiping in one direction, then rinse with water only. Air dry out of direct sunlight. Never use abrasive, sudsing, or bleaching agents. Roll face-out for storage.
